  • You consolidated FFEL loans to qualify for PSLF, but didn't get the payments you made on the old loan counted towards your forgiveness count.
     
  • You served in the military, Peace Corps, or AmeriCorps and your loan servicer automatically put you into forbearance, preventing you from getting that time counted towards forgiveness.
